3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Free and Paid Plans

SafeEmbed offers both free and paid subscription plans. Features available in each plan are described on our website.

3.2 Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the payment terms in effect when you subscribe. You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the subscription cycle you select (monthly or annual). You authorize us to charge your payment method for all subscription fees incurred.

3.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are provided in accordance with our Refund Policy, available on our website.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SafeEmbed, Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

4.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in connection with providing the Service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SAFEEMBED, INC., NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SafeEmbed, Inc. and its licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, and directors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
